Basic information:
Tantalum alloys retain the low-temperature plasticity of pure tantalum and have much higher strength than pure tantalum. The corrosion resistance is similar to that of pure tantalum, the oxide film is stable, and the dielectric properties are excellent. Tantalum alloys have good room temperature processing performance, but in the case of high strength and high deformation resistance, they need to be processed at high temperatures.
